This mix is perfect for overseeding and will fill in bare spots quickly to improve the appearance of an entire lawn. Sun & Shade contains turf-type tall fescues, Kentucky bluegrass and perennial ryegrass making this our most versatile grass seed mixture. This seed germinates in 7 – 14 days.
